A month ago the drainage ditch in front of Safeway, actually, a channeled creek, was given the thorough weed eater treatment. But Mother Nature has bounced back. Today, while driving by, I spotted the blooming Hooker's Evening Primrose (above) and decided to stop and take a closer look around. Here are my findings. Actually a quite beautiful place - except for the dog poop and fast food wrappers.
